Hello Everybody!
As always in this time of the year, i'm alive and really working hard to submit something to DevArt.

It seems this time i was not successful, because DevArt has changed in a rapid way, since i updated this site last year. Under normal circumstances i wouldn't mind, but the new copyright agreement license thing i was asked to agree to (the 4. one since the beginning of DevArt) don't leave any rights to me as artist. And i definitly don't sign anything thats radical like this.

Long story, short conclusion:
I never ever will submit any art to DevArt again, until they leave all rights (all!!!) to the artist, because the community is a community to serve the artists, and not the artist an artist to serve the community.

Sounds rude?
Seriously it is, but i am a member of this community for nearly 6 years now. And i certainly don't change my opinion, because administration changes theirs every year....

I am an artist, not a cash cow.
